Yes you will.  Bards don't drop another pointof BAB until level 5.

okay... I'll edit this build a bit later =) But still why bard? Only cause of skills?

It's sort of wins by elimination.  Fighter 9 gets nothing, Assassin 10 gets nothing, Arrow of Life is not worth much at AA10.  4th level bards can cast heroism and mirror image if they have a high charisma (or charisma-boosting item) and get skill points... and you can keep the XP penalty from setting in until later.

Well i can care less about the xp, cause server where i play is reall good with xp...
