EDM is not one of bonus feats of DC, it is right.
I dont want to have a caster level lower than 26...
And what about a level of fighter at 30 level instead of 2 DC for Blind Fight?
What's the significance of a caster level of 26?
Unless this was designed to be played ready-leveled at 30 I don't think there's much value in having blindfight in the build plan at level 30. That's a lot of concealed opponents that have come and gone (and gone slower than you would have liked) by that time. But since you're concerned about XP penalties since the fighter level comes last it's probably a build for play-through so ... hmmm!

The formula is
class_xp = ([count_levels_in_class1]*{ratio_class1} + [count_levels_in_class2]*{ratio_class2} + [count_levels_in_class3]*{ratio_class3} + [count_levels_in_class4]*{ratio_class4}) / (count_levels) - (0.2*[count_classes - 1])
Every class have ratio (from 1 to 5).
So levels of fighter Will give penalty.
The build looks pretty good, but it's really starved for feats, it doesn't even have Blind-Fight. I might consider trading in 4 FS levels for divine champion levels, which would let you nab Blind-Fight and Persistent Spell (I think EDM is an epic bonus for a DC). It would reduce your caster level to 25 which is good enough to make you immune to greater dispel, though Mords would be a problem.
