Alright Thorson making suggested changes.  The scout levels with swift hunter feat stack with ranger levels for 6 dodge AC and 7d6 sneak attack.  The stat changes moves my EDM to level 24 instead of 21. Thanks for the feedback! i'm new at this and need all the help i can get!

Offense is taken care of, but what about defense? Poor AC & low HP and you're not a proper sneaker (very low Hide/MS). Probably should minmax a little less in your opening stats, you could afford to drop 2 from the Str/Cha numbers which would give you 6 to spend elsewhere.

What is Scout bringing to the party?
